You are going to strengthen and tone your body using a barbell and hand weights. With high reps and low weights, we will go through the individual muscle groups to give a full body workout.
Combat is a mix of Boxing, Karate, Mai Tai and Kick Boxing to music. You will not be hitting anything but air (and your imaginary foe), but this is a great workout to relieve you of any built-up anger and work the whole body. You will finish the class feeling lighter and very sweaty.
Do you feel like dancing to some fun tunes? Then this is the class for you. Turn the lights down low, turn the music up, and boogie your cares away with this fun dance workout.
This workout will challenge your core strength and balance before taking you through a relaxing stretch that will leave you feeling calm and revitalized.
