A Little Bit About Me
This is a little bit about me, my background and my journey to become what I am today.
As a child I was an amateur Ice Skater as well as learning Dance, Trampolining, Gymnastics, Swimming and later Scuba Diving and achieving my black belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu. I am always up for trying something new, I have completed several obstacle mud runs (both with Spartan Races and Nuclear Races) and even abseiled down the side of a building for charity.
After working in a office and not really enjoying the work I was doing, I sat down and thought about where I would like to be. Having loved fitness in one way or another for most of my life, with the support of my family, I took the plunge in 2015 and left my office job to become a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Since then, there has been no looking back.
I have worked in a number of gyms, teaching different forms of exercise classes to all ages and abilities and I love the different personalities I meet. Unfortunately, the gym I was based at closed down so I was on the lookout for different ways I could reach people and keep the fitness energy alive. That is when I found that I could reach more people online, so here I am.
My exercise classes are for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level, as long as you are willing to have fun all at an affordable monthly price.
