This is where you will find answers to some frequently asked questions – general in relation to the online service and price plans.

Who are you?

Can I use this on my mobile phone?

Yes you can.  You can use these workouts on any device that links to the internet and is able to play videos.

Can I cancel my subscription?

On the monthly subscription, you will need to cancel 14 days prior to the renewal date in order for us to stop the Direct Debit from going through. If you cancel later that 14 days, you may need to pay another month before cancellation is complete. On the annual subscription, you can only cancel when the subscription has finished. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject as cancellation and, as long as you are within your cancellation time, we will process that for you.

What do I get if I sign up?

You will have unlimited access to all recorded online classes (including Pump, Combat, Balance, and Groove) as well as the Members Forum where you can connect with other members and say up to date with new releases and offers. I am also happy to provide free consultations over zoom to help with any technique.

Can I hire you to do a class in person?

Absolutely, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss this with you; however, there will be additional costs.
